Well the work for this week wasn't the best but we still had some good moments.

So the disappointment we had was due to a lot of cancelled appointments.  Several of our investigators that had lessons set up were not at their homes for out teaching appointments.  We always have some that miss their appointments, but it just seemed we had more this week.  Even more sad was the brother that was baptized last week didn't come to church to receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.  And the investigator we had scheduled for this week, due to doubts,  wants to reschedule his date for next week because of some minor issues.  Small struggle, but สู้ๆนะ.

During our zone conference, we were blessed with further instruction from our dedicated President and Sister Johnson, who doused us with some inspirational trainings. It was actually what I needed and is going to change some of my approach to the work. And of course, I always enjoy my interview with President Johnson.
We are still working with additional investigators who have committed to baptism, which is exciting. They've all been learning and feeling the Spirit allowing them to progress in their faith and commitments.  Except for บ. โบว์. He was doing so good- he was the one that prayed for truth and we showed up. He is letting others influence him and is wandering again feeling like he's still searching.  We pray that he may feel of the Spirit again and return back to investigating the Gospel.

Today we switched things up. An older member (the twelfth one baptized in Thailand in fact) wanted to take us out to eat, but she lives pretty far from our house. So we switched our pday schedule up and did some work in the morning and เที่ยว'd afterwards. We went to Doi Suthep again, and got some more elephant jackets (In colors never before seen amongst the missionaries here- these jackets are a must have in the mission) then biked down the mountain for fun. I guess because I'm a better biker now, it is more exhilarating than when I first did it. We got a special treat at Dairy Queen because we deserve it ;).  Now we are at a university to play basketball with a less active member. Fun day!

What's even more fun is family history work! Shout out to Grandma Joe for the spiritual thought for this week. We know that after this life, we will await resurrection in the Spirit World. Conveniently, missionary work is done there and for those that accept the Gospel they want their ordinances done. So it is up to YOU to do the proxy work on their behalf so they can start to enjoy the blessings. Please and thank you! Your ancestors will be so grateful and overjoyed!

I love you. Hit me up on Facebook ใด้.
